Team C (Extention 10 Pedestrian Corridor)

The site which is located at extension 10 is a pedestrian corridor that is placed at the center of the neighborhood. We chose the site due to the fact that it is currently not functioning to its full potential with it being underutilized and currently failing to provide safe and comfortable movement of pedestrian throughout the site. The site will be part of a Green Space project to assist in its activation while also insuring that it is eco-friendly and taking into consideration the climate change effects. The design process followed a process that will be detailed in the design portfolio. The site visits assisted in the site analysis information, the ideation stages assisted in the conceptualization of the design as well as the design itself. We are a team of 3 being Ndulamo Chaza, Katlego Mitchell Swapo and Lame Ndlovu

Team A (Gaborone Village Greenspace)

The vision for our site is to create a green open space which is active and compliments the neighboring land use activities such as retail and medical services. The idea is to allow the site to reach its full potential of functionality and climate action contribution.

Group B (Notwane River Buffer Zone)

Our Project site is the Notwane river buffer zone located West of Riverwalk mall. We chose this area because we saw its potential and how it was underused. In designing this site, we took first-hand information from the experiences of people who normally use the site, the hawkers who trade near the site
